Review: Green People Skin Care Range
After reviewing these lovely baby products for Green People I was approached again and asked whether I’d like to review anything else. Obviously I said yes, as I love Green People products! So what did I choose?
1. Fruit Scrub Exfoliator
This is the kindest and scrummiest face scrub I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. It smells absolutely divine as it’s made from apricot, mandarin and bergamot, and makes my skin feel smooth and amazing. I’ve tried other, more expensive, exfoliators previously but they tend to bring my sensitive skin out in blemishes and spots. This does nothing of the sort, due to the natural, organic ingredients.
The Fruit Scrub Exfoliator retails at £11.95 for 50ml, and is worth every penny!
2. Day Solution Moisturiser
The packaging for this moisturiser lists the key benefits as:
I can say hand on heart that this product totally delivers. If I’m having a bad skin day, or if it has been smooched by this glorious weather and is feeling a bit tender, then it calms. It clears blemishes, and helps when I’m having an oily skin day. And it most certainly nourishes – my skin has felt so soft since I’ve been using this product.
Another plus is that it smells yummy; the willow bark makes it smell quite spicy.
The Day Solution Moisturiser retails at £13.95 for 50ml and, once again, is worth every penny!
3. Gentle Cleanse and Make-up Remover
I received this product as a surprise in my exciting box of goodies from Green People. I don’t wear a huge amount of make-up as I feel it clogs my skin and, to be honest, I’m lucky in the fact that I don’t really need to wear it. But there are times when I want to look a bit smarter, especially recently as we’ve been looking around wedding venues, that I will wear it. This product is great – it took my waterproof mascara and kohl pencil off swiftly, and left my skin feeling lovely and clean.
Oh, and the aloe vera, calendula and shea butter make it smell delicious.
Another fantastic product from Green People! The Gentle Cleanse and Make-up Remover retails at £10.95 for 50ml.
All of the above products are available to buy on the Green People website.
