Baby Bopper

Busby has always been a fan of music. In my tummy I would feel her dance along to anything that had an awesome bass line… and now she’s out it’s no different!

Recently she has started, what can only be described as, “bopping”. It really is the cutest thing! We’ve found that she’ll bop along to most music (it’s usually the top 40 chart in our house); current favourites are “Blurred Lines” (I know, I know, not great), “Roar!” by Katy Perry and “Wake Me Up” by Avicii.

She also likes to bop along to anything with a rhythm; I’ve been banging some plastic cups together in a Monty Python coconut horse-esk fashion and she’ll happily shake her little booty along to that too!

ps I wanted to post a video of her bopping, but sadly my phone wasn’t playing ball with the laptop.

Ah, very sweet! My son is getting his groove on too – he likes to hold onto the sofa and sway rhythmically from side to side when I put Disney songs on for him – I think he gets his dancing ability from me πŸ˜‰

My daughter loves when I pick her up and dance around the bedroom with her! She is rather fond of Snow Patrol at the moment and in my proudest discovery as a new mum, was delighted to discover she cries if One Direction come on the radio! The girl has taste. If she is crying, then I find me dancing makes her laugh, but then again most people have that reaction to me dancing πŸ˜‰

I bet you’re so glad that she cries at One Direction!! πŸ™‚ Fingers crossed B will have the same reaction πŸ˜‰ xx

Aww that is so sweet. You want to give her some wooden spoons and a saucepan and see if she can make her own music.
