Not this month!

I was two weeks late. I took a test on day six. I was convinced I was pregnant.

My body had been displaying pregnancy symptoms; not sleeping well, restlessness, exhaustion, random cravings (lemon curd!!), feeling sick, hormonal headaches. Every symptom I had when I found out I was pregnant with Busby.

But I’m not pregnant.

How does that make me feel?

Relieved. Sad. Completely opposite emotions.

We’re certainly not trying for another baby yet, and it’s definitely not the right time for baby number two to appear!!

It would be far too complicated with the impending wedding. Far too tiring with a crawling, cruising, almost toddling Busby.

But I am seriously broody chaps! Silly hormones!

Sounds like a phantom pregnancy. I get them ALL THE TIME! If your mind believes it enough then your body will start presenting the symptoms. The minds a powerful thing ๐Ÿ™‚

My friend had this recently – actually went 2 weeks over and then nothing, and she is trying. Very strange what our bodies get up to sometimes. Hope that it doesn’t misbehave for you when you want it to work x
