“Mama!”

The first word has been uttered.

“Mama!”

Everything appears to be “Mama” at the moment… the duck in the bath, the beaker of water, Daddy. But I am so proud, and (not-so secretly) smug that my name is the first in her repertoire!

Outfit: Dress is from Frugi and tights are (as always) from Slugs and Snails

How lovely! And very lucky as most kids seem to say ‘dada’ first. Sure it’s because the sound is easier, not that they prefer daddy ๐Ÿ˜‰

It is so great – the first word! Ours were “daddy” with my eldest and “no” with my youngest. I would have preferred mama ๐Ÿ™‚ Enjoy it!

Dada here too, you are truly blessed! A. has quite a few words now, but ‘mama’ still seems to mean ‘I am hungry give me food’ rather than Mummy. ๐Ÿ™
