Further Adventures // The Little Geekery Company
Never one to do things by halves, I have more adventures a-foot!
Back in October I came up with a concept, one that has taken me a while to properly sit down and configure in my head. You see, PND struck before I could start implementing, and in someways I’m glad it did, as it’s given me time to think about what I want to achieve from my business idea.
Those of you on Twitter may have seen The Little Geekery Company pop up on your timelines over the past week.
Well, that’s me!
Because I haven’t got enough to do; organising a wedding, freelancing and looking after a Busby, I’ve decided to set up my alternative children’s clothing boutique for new and pre-loved clothes!
Those of you who read Make, Do and Push! regularly will know how much I love dressing Busby, and how I don’t really conform to the unwritten “pink for girls” rule. I’ve decided to turn this into something I can share with everyone, which you can read about here!
I’ve been inspired by my wonderful friend Jenny from KyNa Boutique, and gently coerced by lovely Rachel (DinkyThinks), to follow the dream and make this a reality. You can find out more about The Little Geekery Company here by visiting the website… and blog! (I obviously had to set up the blog first!)
I’m hoping to launch in May, after our holiday in the Lakes. But in the meantime if you have any pre-loved clothes that you’d like to sell on, please send me an email. I’m looking for clothes aged 0-4 years in good condition, featuring anything from pirates and monsters, to robots and dinosaurs.
Also, if there’s anything you’d particularly love to see in the shop, let me know!
I hope you will all love The Little Geekery Company as I already do!
