The Week That Was: Captured #40

Hey there! The Week That Was: Captured has gone “full term” this week! Hurrah!

Have you all had a wonderful week?

The rules are simple; link up a post about your week! It can be photographed, Instagrammed, written, videoed… basically in any format you wish! This linky is about capturing memories and I treat it a bit like an online diary.

Last week…
I loved Lauren’s beautiful photos of her week; especially her funky sun jellies! I’m excited to see what colours she buys next! I really enjoyed reading about Vicky’s week, and especially her visit to the Sea Life Centre with Little G – it looked like great fun! Caroline really made me giggle when talking about Gwyneth’s recipe book and her photos were stunning!

Thank you to all of you who linked up last week; I hope you all manage to link up again!

My week…
On Sunday we celebrated a lovely Mother’s Day! Nick’s parents were still down so we had pancakes for brunch. I then painted my nails and finished our wedding website in the afternoon (my choice of activity). I received a fantastic mug from Busby (see first photo)!

On Monday Busby and I had a great day in Lewes, getting organised and sorting out general life admin. We also went to Storytime at the library.

On Tuesday I worked. I also launched The Little Geekery Company’s blog! Yay!

On Wednesday I worked.

On Thursday Busby and I headed into Brighton to meet Nick for lunch. We then went to Clarks to get her feet measured for the first time and did a spot of shopping.

On Friday we had Monkey Music in the morning and then met some lovely Mamas for lunch. Our picnic was rather chilly, but Busby had a great time exploring. I also found some great pre-loved pieces for The Little Geekery Company, as well as Ignatius (Iggy) the dinosaur.

On Saturday we met a friend for lunch at Pizza Express.

My Week

Clarks shoe measurements! She is getting so grown up! My mama only ever used to let me wear Clark’s shoes when I was tiny and I remember going with her to get my new shoes. I always wanted the sparkly ones…
