The Week That Was: Captured #42

Hello! Welcome back to The Week That Was: Captured! We’re a day early this week as I’d quite like to spend this weekend doing family things rather than attached to the laptop.

Have you all had a wonderful week?

The rules are simple; link up one post about your week! It can be photographed, Instagrammed, written, videoed… basically in any format you wish! This linky is about capturing memories and I treat it a bit like an online diary. Please only link up relevant posts.

Last week…
I loved Laura’s post about relaxing in the sunshine. Laura is one of my favourite Bloggers, and really knows how to appreciate the small things in life – I could do with taking a leaf out of her book! Lovely Lori had her first time away from her gorgeous baby boy… and it looks like she had a fab time! I loved all of the dinosaurs in Vicky’s post this week! I think Little G and I would get on swimmingly…

Our week…
This week started fairly badly with a discovery of even more damp in our house, but ended amazingly with a rating of #161 in the Tots100!! *proud face* I also managed to get creative on my sewing machine, and first orders went off to our amazing suppliers for The Little Geekery Company.

Sunday was a fun day! We headed out to our local field for a play.

On Monday Busby and I headed to the field again! Nick was on an early, so joined us after work for a pre-dinner run around.

On Tuesday I worked.

On Wednesday I worked, and then headed to The Grange in Lewes for a lunch picnic in the sun with my Mutti, my Grandpa and Busby, which was gorgeous. I also put through my first orders for The Little Geekery Company. Eek!! We’re definitely launching in May!

On Thursday Busby and I headed into Lewes to get some supplies. We then had another picnic in the field! Ooh, I also discovered my news Tots score… chuffed doesn’t quite cut it.

On Friday we went to The Grange again… This time with Nick’s parents who are down for the week from Yorkshire! I had fun using my iPhone lens and enjoying all of the beautiful flowers.

Our Week
1. Bare-legged bliss! (Monday) // 2. Beautiful dandelion (Monday) // 3. Cedric the homemade Easter bunny (Monday) // 4. Busby’s Easter card made at Nursery (Tuesday) // 5. Surprise post! (Wednesday) // 6. Celebration time! (Thursday) // 7. Beautiful flower (Friday) // 8. More flowers (Friday) // 9. Inside of a tulip (Friday)

Busby’s Week
1. A homemade skirt! (Sunday) // 2. Another homemade skirt! (Sunday) // 3. Time for tea! (Sunday) // 4. I came downstairs to find her reading on the sofa! (Monday) // 5. Out in the field (Monday) // 6. Fun in the sun (Monday) // 7. Beautiful Busby (Wednesday) // 8. Exploring the flowers (Wednesday) // 9. The third homemade skirt… and another picnic! (Thursday)

Have a wonderful Easter weekend!

I love the bunny! So cool and your skirts look great – lucky girl:) It’s even been sunny in Scotland this week so I don’t feel too jealous of your sunshine.

Thanks for the special mention…we’re nuts about the dinosaurs right now as you! (Little G’s granny made her a lovely dinosaur jacket…but it’s too small…grr for the sneaky growth spurt!). Though no posts on dinos this week I think. So excited for you and the Little Geekery Co…yell if you need some PR help 😉 Totally adore your homemade bunny too…hope Busby loves it. Vicky x
