Make, Do and List // Week Two

I’m joining in with Mums’ List again this week!

I’ve been avidly making my way through the Divergent Trilogy on my new Kindle. They’re incredibly easy to read, having been written for teenagers, but I do enjoy a good dystopian drama.

I headed up to Bubble London on Monday and managed to get lots of reading done on the train! It feels so good to be reading again – I’ve really missed it.

My personal training for the wedding (and baby growing) began this week with my amazing Bridesmaid Zoe! I didn’t ache much the two days afterwards, which makes me happy as I’m obviously fitter than I thought I was!

Sadly there was a nasty incident with a teenage boy, where he was very rude while we were training, which made me wish that this was still the mentality of our society:

I have incredibly low self-esteem and I’m very insecure at the moment with the wedding approaching, so it resulted in a bit of a breakdown on Zoe’s shoulder and panda eyes… It’s all a bit silly and unnecessary really, as my medium H&M tracksuit bottoms were falling off me! It still hurt nonetheless. I wish people were kinder.

The new season of Utopia started this week! It’s so so so good! We also watched the last ever episode of How I Met Your Mother last night… It was very disappointing.

I realised on my way to London on Monday that I’m visiting the capital every single week this month!!! For someone who dislikes the place so much, I sure seem to be spending an awful lot of time there… It’s all fun though.

Bubble London was really inspiring on Monday, and I’ve come away with lots of ideas for future Little Geekery stockists and where I want to take the company after the wedding.

This should be more “nightmaring”! I’ve been having some horrific wedding nightmares; everything from empty halls with no decorations and no guests, to serious dress fretting. I’m reaching the point where I just want the whole thing to be over and done with… and I can’t wait for the honeymoon!

Mums' Days

I used to run a lot and I swear almost every time I would get verbally abused by someone. Just remember that you’re trying to do something with your life while they will spend their sorry existence watching Hollyoaks. No more panda eyes x

Some people are best ignored (easier said than done I know)! Good for you for doing training I still haven’t started any yet, just can’t get motivated to, I know I will be too nervous to eat for about a week before any way (hardly the healthiest way I know)! Sorry to hear you’ve been having nightmares, I too can’t waitvto have my head clear from the 10th Aug! xx

Good for you getting out running. I’ve been avoiding it lately :-p Also sounds like you are plenty slim enough as H&M sizes come up SMALL! Medium trousers would come up to my knees and stop there!

    I love your lists!!

Re the wedding – I remember that feeling of wanting it all to be over! It’s going to be absolutely lovely though and once it’s all done you’ll want to do it again 😉 As for that nasty little bastard, urgh, obviously it’s not true. You look amazing. So we have to assume he has a sad existence with no love in his life. I would just feel sorry for him.

Loads of love and hope this week has been shaping up to be a good un! xxxx
