As you can imagine, I was extremely disappointed that I was unable to attend the Stokke Preview Event at The Baby Show in London yesterday! I was desperate to see their latest collection in the flesh (or rather, metal) and take them for a mini test drive… but life gets in the way of beautiful new strollers occasionally, so here’s my pick of what I wish I’d seen!
Stokke® Xplory® Special Edition “True Black”
Oooh, what a majestic steed this is!
“Inspired by the unique silhouette and innovation of the stroller itself, True Black makes the iconic design of the Stokke® Xplory® even more striking. Contrasting textures of soft, matt textiles and shiny metal combine for a decidedly distinctive look.” Doesn’t it sound divine? It’s a stroller that will go with everything!
This gorgeous stroller comes as standard with a shopping bag, parasol and changing bag, as well as a matching black cup holder.
The Stokke® Scoot™ looks like a great, user-friendly, crowd-pleasing pushchair, and now it’s been improved! Stokke have upgraded the chassis with an angle-adjustable handle (which sounds ideal for those of us with family members who like the handle at different heights), and foam-filled rubber tyres, which sounds completely intriguing! Stokke have also improved the canopy, which looks absolutely fantastic – baby is protected even when snoozing.
I’ve taken a bit of a fancy to the Grey Melange Scoot (imagine it accessorised with yellow wellies – super stylish!) – and the good news is that Grey Melange accessories are now available to buy, including a foot muff and changing bag.
Stokke® Stroller Winter Kit
With a move to Yorkshire on the cards in the very near future, I have fallen head over heels in love with the Stokke® Stroller Winter Kit. I’m rather sensitive to the cold, so this would be ideal for keeping both Busby and I toasty warm in the cold North!
The kit (made from insulated, wind-proof fabric) includes:
- Hood with detachable sheepskin rim.
- Rear textile cover
- Storm cover
- Hand muff (Oh, how I need this in my life!)
- Sheepskin brush.
I also quite fancy the Stokke® Down Sleeping Bag. It’s made from light, feathery down, and is lined with fleece to keep your baby warm and comfortable…
Could someone please push me around in one of the above with the attached winter kit and sleeping bag? Thanks!
