The Week That Was: Captured #70
Hey there! Welcome to The Week That Was: Captured! Have you had a fabulous week?
The rules for #TWTWC are simple; link up one post about your week! It can be photographed, Instagrammed, written, videoed… basically in any format you wish! This linky is about capturing memories and I treat it a bit like an online diary. Please only link up relevant posts. Also, if you fancy commenting on other people’s posts that would be super too – everyone loves a comment!
I loved reading about Sarah’s (The Knott Bump and Us) week – it sounded like she’d had a fabulous time in Scotland with lots of delicious food.DADventurer’s post about his first day solo parenting had me giggling and feeling very broody! Definitely worth a read if you love 24 and cute photos of babies!
I thought Cathy’s (Jack’s Paper Lantern) photos were so gorgeous last week, and she’s inspired me to find a pumpkin farm next year.
This week has been one of those weeks were not much has happened, yet it’s flown by!
On Sunday we went over to a friends house for lunch… and ended up coming home with a lot of boxes for moving!
I wasn’t feeling well on Monday, so Mutti came over in the afternoon and took Busby out for a few hours so I could sleep.
I had my hair appointment on Tuesday in Brighton (you can read the review here), and then did a spot of shopping before coming home and working.
Mutti looked after Busby on Wednesday afternoon, and I got some more work done.
Thursday was a super boring day, as we had to stay in and wait for a delivery to be collected. Snore!
We had a much nicer morning on Friday! We went to Nymans National Trust property with Busby’s bestie “co-conspirator H” and her lovely Mama. The girls had a fab time running around; although we didn’t get much of the pumpkin trail done as chasing each other up and down paths and banks proved much more exciting! I ended up trapping my finger in the car door just as we were about to head back, which resulted in a fair amount of blood and a swift drive to our local Minor Injuries Unit, who x-rayed and had me patched up within an hour. Luckily it’s not broken, but it seriously hurt!
We had a lazy Saturday morning (thanks for the lie in Nick!), followed by a trip to Homebase to buy house moving products. Busby fell asleep in the car so our lunch plans were slightly delayed, but we finally made it to Pizza Express before 3pm!
What have you been up to this week?
