The Week That Was: Captured

The Week That Was: Captured #73

Hullo! Welcome to The Week That Was: Captured! Have you had a fab week?

The rules for #TWTWC are simple; link up one post about your week! It can be photographed, Instagrammed, written, videoed… basically in any format you wish! This linky is about capturing memories and I treat it a bit like an online diary. Please only link up relevant posts. Also, if you fancy commenting on other people’s posts that would be super too – everyone loves a comment!

Last week
two beansI salivated over this post from Kate (Two Beans and a Bump)… I’ve never eaten avocado on toast before, but it sounds heavenly! I’m going to have to try it!

belleI really enjoyed Lauren’s (Belle du Brighton) post last week – it was lovely to catch up on her news, and loved the Bump update!

Screen Shot 2014-11-22 at 19.25.03I was so happy to see Hannah (Cupcake Mumma) link up again last week! I’ve missed her posts, and I loved reading how life is going for her.

Our week
This was the week of goodbyes as we packed up our home and headed North!

We spent Sunday packing… snore!

Busby and I met a friend and her toddler for lunch on Monday – we went to Bill’s which was delicious!

Tuesday saw Busby’s last day at Nursery *sob* I spent the day trying to catch up with emails and work.

We visited my Grandpa on Wednesday for lunch, and then I headed down to Brighton in the afternoon/evening to attend Nick’s leaving drinks at work. It was lovely to catch up with people I hadn’t seen for months.

Busby and I went for lunch (to Bill’s again – don’t judge) with Busby’s bestie and her Mama on Thursday – we had a lovely few hours munching and chatting. The girls really do love each other!

We had our last Monkey Music class on Friday *sob sob sob* Nick came home at lunchtime and we spent the afternoon and evening packing. Busby stayed with Granny for the night.

Saturday morning was spent packing up the van with the help of some very kind friends. Nick drove to Yorkshire, while Busby and I headed to her bestie’s birthday party in the afternoon – and had a very emotional goodbye.
