The Week That Was: Captured

The Week That Was: Captured #104

Hullo! Welcome to The Week That Was: Captured! Have you had a wonderful week?

The rules for #TWTWC are simple; link up one post about your week (it doesn’t have to be the whole week – it can just be one day, or your weekend)! It can be photographed, Instagrammed, written, videoed… basically in any format you wish! This linky is about capturing memories and I treat it a bit like an online diary. Please only link up relevant posts. Also, if you fancy commenting on other people’s posts that would be super too – everyone loves a comment!

Last week

dreaming of the country

I loved Rachel’s (Dreaming of the Country) post last week – her photos are always so beautiful and it sounded like she’d had a very successful week!

heels and hooves

Ahh! How gorgeous is Katie’s (Heels and Hooves) horse Ben? I have equine envy! Although Katie’s week was “ordinary” I very much enjoyed reading about it.

A huge well done to Lins (Boo & Maddie) who walked 8.4 miles to work last Tuesday! Amazing! Her poor pooch is suffering from a phantom pregnancy at the moment…which must be utterly bizarre!

Our week

I’ve got to be honest… I’m struggling to know what day of the week it is at the moment! Sleep deprivation will do that to a girl… But let’s have a go at remembering our week!

We had Nick’s parents and brother over on Sunday for a Wimbledon Final “party”. I had Pimms for the first time in ages!

I have no idea what we did on Monday… Nick started two weeks of annual leave.

We had planned to go to The Deep on Tuesday, but we’d all had a dreadful night so we just chilled around the house. Indy turned 3 weeks old!

Indy became an official person on Wednesday morning as we registered him. We had a celebratory Costa date afterwards. We then picked up Busby from Nursery and spent a lovely afternoon at The Deep, which she adored!

Nick made me a delicious breakfast on Thursday (runny eggs and hollandaise sauce!). We took Indy to the doctor as he’s had conjunctivitis since day two on the planet, and then spent the afternoon at home.

I had my haircut on Friday and we stayed over at Nick’s parents’ house for dinner.

Nick, Indy and I headed to IKEA after lunch on Saturday to get a few bits and bobs for the house. We spent the rest of the afternoon playing in my in-laws garden.

1. Love this outfit (Monday) // 2. Milk drunk (Tuesday) // 3. Registering outfit (Wednesday) // 4. Rolling in The Deep (Wednesday) // 5. Amazing breakfast (Thursday) // 6. Happy post (Thursday) // 7. Mama Blogger Life (Thursday) // 8. New hair (Friday) // 9. Me and my girl (Saturday)

What have you been up to this week?
