What Indy Wore // Nautique Pigeon from Mellie Green Organic

The lovely Jo from Mellie Green Organic asked me to choose a couple of items for Indy when he was still watermelon-sized in my belly, and I instantly fell for this gorgeous sleepsuit/romper by organic brand Pigeon.

(I also chose this wonderful romper suit that we featured when Indy was a mini squish, in case you missed it!)

pigeon review

This beautiful nautique romper was the first thing that caught my eye. I love the colours; the deep, ocean blue contrasted with the gorgeous mustard yellow trim is absolutely stunning, and just looks wonderful on our little man!

Indy is wearing size 0-5 months, which length-wise fits him perfectly now at 3 months. He’s a very long baby so I’m swiftly discovering how difficult it is to find clothes that fit both length and width!

What I love about this romper is that it converts into a sleepsuit by turning over the cuffs at his feet. It’s such a clever idea!

The romper is made from organic cotton, and is wonderfully soft and gentle against Indy’s skin. It also washes well.

Mellie Green Organic have just released their new AW15 range online and there are so many gorgeous items for sale! I’m a huge fan of the badgers with scarves print – also by Pigeon.

The nautique Pigeon romper costs £18 and is available to buy on the Mellie Green Organic website.

Oh that’s gorgeous! I love the yellow trim but then blue and gold were my college colours so I have a weakness for them together!

He looks gorgeous in these colours and I am a big fan of pigeon organics. I found the sizing quite small, but lovely and long in the legs – Finn is a skinny long one too

That dark blue with the mustard is gorgeous, the colours really pop nicely. Looks great on him, and I love that you can cover the feet with it too 🙂 Very clever! Thanks for hosting 🙂 #funkykidfriday
