Review // All Things Marshmallow

all things marshmallow reviewGourmet marshmallows appear to be the next cupcake – only they’re somewhat healthier, being naturally low in fat and gluten-free (apparently they were originally known for their medicinal qualities!).

We were sent the delicious All Things Marshmallow book to peruse, and wowza, there are some scrummy recipes inside!

This glorious book is so easy to navigate your way through, and you will have such fun drooling over the gorgeous photographs and recipes. Chapters include: Master the Mallow, Summer Favourites, Afternoon Tea, Crowd Pleasers, S’Mores and Mallow Pops, and Festive Treats.

The recipes seem easy to follow and Busby and I are very much looking forward to getting stuck into the book and making some of the very yummy looking marshmallows! The Eton Mess recipe (photo below) looks like it will be a favourite in our household.

The writers of the book, Amy and Ross, launched The London Marshmallow Company in April 2013. Their marshmallow adventure began after their first batch was tested by friends and were a huge success. Since then The London Marshmallow Company has grown from strength to strength.

All Things Marshmallow costs £20 RRP and is available to buy online here. It would be the perfect Christmas present for any mallow-loving foodie!
