What Busby Wore // Muddy Puddles

While we’ve been staying with my Mum down in Sussex, we’ve partaken in a fair few country walks! So it was rather fortunate (and extremely good timing) when the lovely folk at Muddy Puddles sent the children a super selection of outdoor wear.

Busby was sent the most beautiful Puddleflex Jacket in red (it also comes in yellow and navy). The jacket is waterproof (up to 10,000mm); it fared amazingly well in a very soggy rainstorm we were caught in! And has a concealed storm flap for extra protection in a storm.

I’m in love with the lining of this coat, which is a breton stripe fleece lining. It’s so cosy and I wish I had one!

Further fantastic features of the Puddleflex Jacket, are the reflective stripes and logos on the hood and body of the jacket. These will be a great safety feature when walking back from Nursery as the nights are drawing in.

Best of all, the Puddleflex Jacket is machine washable, so no worrying about muddy puddle jumping here!

Busby was also sent a matching pair of red PuddleStomper Socks, which she has worn every other day whilst we’ve been staying with my Mum! They’re super cosy and soft, and for a little lady who hates socks, these have certainly been a hit!

Finally, Busby was sent a gorgeous pair of yellow PuddleStomper wellies with clouds on. These have been fantastic for splashing in puddles and jumping in mud, and seem to be super comfortable!  The pattern is funky and so on-trend, and once again, I’m lusting after a pair for myself.

I love the reflective strip at the back of the welly boot for high visibility.

The wellies seem super durable, and Busby has already been putting them through their paces!

The Puddleflex Jacket costs £42, the PuddleStomper Socks cost £12 and the PuddleStomper Wellies are £20. All of the above items can be found on the Muddy Puddles website.

After a few twitter tags I’m finally joining in with this linky! haven’t done an outfit post this week as I’ve been in bed with the flu whilst trying to juggle looking after a nearly 2 year old toddler and being 22 weeks pregnant so I thought I’d link up with one of my older posts as it’s one of my fave outfits. I love Busby’s wellies, do they do them in my size! lol xxxx

She looks fantastic! There’s nothing worse than a raincoat that gives up the ghost halfway through a wet and windy walk, so it’s good to read a recommendation for a coat that it cute AND durable. I’ll check them out for the twins!
