There seems to be a bit of a theme with my review posts this week: cosy! And the cosier, the better in my opinion. I’ve been on the hunt for a new pair of slippers to keep my toes super warm in the Yorkshire mid-winter, so I was very pleased when the lovely folk at Nature Shop got in touch and offered me a pair of Snugs for my poor, chilly feet.
Snugs come in three different shades – chestnut (the Snugs in this post are this shade), plum and antique pink. They’re tanned using natural, organic tannins – so no harsh chemicals are used in the process.
The Snugs are insanely toasty! They’re made of 100% sheepskin and my feet are so cosy in them! They fit to your regular shoe size, which means there is no slipping out of them, and also means they’re super snug.
The soles are lovely and thick too, which means they (hopefully) won’t wear out swiftly, as I wear slippers every day and find I go through them quickly.
On a side note, they also make rather good houses for Busby’s toys, as I’ve discovered on more than one occasion!
We were also sent a gorgeous Montgomery Fox & Bertie Badger Playsuit from Little Green Radicals.
The playsuit is made from 100% fairtrade organic cotton and has nickel free poppers. It’s such a beautiful, bright and vibrant playsuit! I love the print, which is made up of foxes, badgers and stars, and is so funky!
Unfortunately, it’s a tad on the large size for Indy at the moment – Little Green Radicals sizes are very generous – but I can’t wait for him to grow into it.
The Snugs slippers cost £54.95 (but are currently on offer for £38.47), and the Little Green Radicals playsuit costs £9.48 (which is a bit of a bargain!). Both items are available to buy on the Nature Shop website.
