Review // The London Gift Set from My Baby’s 1st
We’re yearning for the South here at Make, Do & Push! HQ at the moment; with Busby utterly obsessed with everything London (thank you Paddington Bear and Andy’s Dinosaur Adventures), and myself craving some time in the homeland of Brighton. So when the lovely Helen from My Baby’s 1st got in touch and asked me to choose something from her glorious online store, I couldn’t resist a gift set with a homage to London for our youngest bear.
The gift set costs £30 and contains a pair of Blade & Rose soldier leggings, a Blade & Rose bib, and a gorgeous London bus rattle toy. The set arrived in the most beautiful little box, with co-ordinating purple tape.
H-Bear and I had a wonderful time taking out the box’s contents… and then, in his case, putting them back in the box…!
He absolutely loves the London bus and it has swiftly become a favourite; it’s lovely and soft in his mouth for teething (everything goes in his mouth at the moment) and the rattle element adds to his enjoyment. He has been throwing it and then retrieving it; like his own personal little game of fetch!
The Blade & Rose items are gorgeous. The leggings are ideal for crawling in and the bib is perfect for his teething dribbles! I also love that they co-ordinate!
The London Gift Set from My Baby’s 1st is extremely lovely, and would make the perfect present for a new baby, or baby’s first birthday!
