I ate so much steak during H-Bear’s pregnancy, but even before creating a baby who needed tons of red meat, we were huge fans of steak at Make, Do & Push! HQ, and I must say that Nick cooks our steaks rather well. He loves his steak rare, and I love mine medium-rare (but on the rarer side!).
There’s nothing quite like homemade wedges, a homemade winter slaw, and a beautiful steak (with a large glass of Malbec) to create the perfect evening in.
The lovely folk at Jamie Oliver’s barbecue steak restaurant, Barbecoa, in London (I know! I had no idea this restaurant existed! I think a visit is in order!) have created an infographic on how to cook the perfect steak, and it’s had me salivating:
