What the Children Wore // Pineapples + Whales from Frugi

frugi ss16We’ve been huge fans of the gorgeous UK organic clothing brand Frugi since Busby was a baby, so I was over the moon when the lovely folk at Frugi HQ asked us to choose an outfit for each of the children.

I spent ages perusing their fabulous website, but finally came to the realisation that I can’t resist anything with pineapples on, so rather obviously fell head-over-heels in love with this beautiful dress for Busby!

The dress is vibrant and bright, and looks gorgeous on. The organic cotton means it’s super soft and sensitive for her skin, and it’s fantastic for playing in; with lots of space for climbing and twirling!

I love the royal blue with the contrasting pinks, greens, turquoises and yellows! I wish they made them in my size!

I’ve paired with a white cotton t-shirt in these photos, as it’s still not quite warm enough for bare arms!

For H-Bear I chose these fabulous whale print dungarees, which are so fun! They’re super comfortable for crawling and cruising in, and have still got plenty of growing room left in them (H-Bear wears age 12-18 months in these photos).

The added knee-patches make crawling even easier, and H-Bear has loved wearing these outside for this reason.

Frugi clothes are designed to be a bit bigger in the bottom department to make room for a cloth nappy, so they’ve been ideal since we started our #GivingClothaGo challenge with TotsBots!

Busby’s dress costs £30 and H-Bear’s dungarees are £22. Both items can be found on the Frugi website. The Frugi website is a plethora of gorgeous, unisex, colourful clothes (including clothes for Mamas!) so pop on over this naptime with a cup of tea for a peruse.

I’m so excited to announce that we’ll be featuring on the Frugi blog soon, so head on over to read some of the marvellous posts that are already up!
