We finally made it to Yorkshire Sculpture Park (YSP) with Franki, Luca and Ant over the weekend (from Wonderful Chaos)! Hurrah!
We had such a lovely afternoon. The weather was fairly changeable, but it was still warm (most of the time!), and we had a yummy picnic in the sun. They brought racing sacks and a few ball games with them, so the kids (and a few of the adults) played while Franki and I caught up… and took photos! Yay! A perfect day really – it would only have been improved by prosecco (which is true of most things)!
There’s nothing quite like walking around in the sunshine, and both Busby and H-Bear were absolutely shattered by the time we got to the car!
I do love YSP – it’s such a fabulous place to walk around, explore and picnic… plus the coffee is also pretty good!
I loved this post from Sarah (Kippers & Curtains) about their adventure to Chilled in a Field Festival. The photos were SO beautiful and full of colour!
Over to you…
