I am feeling rather relaxed having just returned home following a glorious weekend away in the Lake District with my lovely husband. But I find relaxing at home quite a difficult task… I think it’s partly because I also work from home, and so if I find myself with any spare time (which is rare with two small children around) I can usually be found on the computer working! The house is usually a mess too, which doesn’t really help with a relaxing mindset…
Rattan Direct, the people that design and create rather lovely outdoor furniture, have released a survey and they need your help as parents to complete it! Here is the link, and it takes around 2-3 minutes to complete. It’s all about how you relax and unwind around the house – which rooms do you use to relax, how you relax… There are also some questions about Christmas (apparently there are only 90ish days to go now – and I’ve actually done some shopping! Feeling rather prepared!), and also some questions about Brexit and whether you think Brexit will impact on any home renovations you might be considering.
It’s quite an interesting survey, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results – especially regarding Brexit. I’m also rather curious to see how others relax around the house… mostly for top tips!
Anyway, let me know if you complete the survey, or if you’ve got any good, failsafe relaxing tips for me. I bought the most divine log fire scented candle over the weekend from the National Trust shop in Grasmere, so I’m about to crack that open and pretend I’m working next to a roaring fire!
