What Busby Wore // Disney, The Boutique Collection

cinderella-wmBelle is rather firmly my favourite Disney heroine. Her love of books, her kindness, and her penchant for yellow clothing has always resonated with me. Plus Beauty and the Beast really is a beautiful tale and great film. So when the lovely folk at House of Fraser told me about their new “Which Disney heroine are you?” quiz, and Disney-inspired clothing collection, I was more than a little excited.

House of Fraser have worked with the official Disney team, and have studied the character’s official profiles, to develop the questions and results.

It’s a fantastic quiz, and great way to procrastinate if you’re a bit bored at work, or during nap time! I (unsurprisingly) ended up with Belle! I’d love to know which Disney heroine you are!

To accompany the quiz, House of Fraser have created the Disney Boutique Collection for girls. All of the dresses are inspired by garments worn by Disney heroines, and they are SO beautiful!!!

I was asked to choose Busby a dress from the collection. This was quite difficult as they are all stunning, but I was drawn to the gorgeous Cinderella-inspired dress in midnight blue.

The dress is even more perfect in real life, with a fully sequinned bodice and pretty satin-bound cap sleeves.

The skirt has a twinkling net overlay, which adds volume to the dress and makes it wonderful for twirling. Busby is very in love with it!

The Disney Boutique Collection would be perfect for the Christmas party season, and Busby will be wearing hers on Christmas day (and possibly every day running up to Christmas if she gets her own way!). It starts from size 3-4 years, which is what Busby is wearing in these photos.

There are lots of dresses in the collection, including a stunning gold dress inspired by my favourite – Belle. Pop on over to the House of Fraser website now to drool. Oh, how I wish they made them in grown up sizes…

I’m also Belle! But I think the Cinderella dress is prettier – it’s just gorgeous with all the sparkle and I love midnight blue!

Oh my goodness – what a lovely idea! The dark blue is my favourite but I have a feeling the girls might like the gold. x
