What Busby Wore // Magnificent Stanley

Wonderful childrenswear brand Magnificent Stanley have featured on Make, Do & Push! quite a lot in the past. The company is run by my friend Becky, who started the brand when she had a very little Herbie… and now she has a very little Hector!

She very kindly sent Busby a gorgeous “4” t-shirt for her birthday in December, and I am desperate to show you some of the photos from the mini-shoot we held.

Becky beautifully hand-cuts and sews every single item in her shop, using only the most wonderful Liberty prints to personalise. She really is the original, and the best, for handmade, personalised Liberty t-shirts and jumpers.

The t-shirt Busby was sent is a wonderfully vibrant red, personalised with a “4” in the Elodie Bea fabric (thank you for the appropriately named fabric choice). It’s such a glorious handcrafted item. I think this may be our sixth item from Magnificent Stanley, and the quality hasn’t changed at all; the garments wash so well and last.

Becky is still on maternity leave for a little while longer, although she’s hoping to re-open by the end of January. Pop on over to her Instagram to follow her news and see some adorable baby spam!

You can also read more about Magnificent Stanley in my interview with Becky here from way back in 2013 (I wish you still made the pram strap covers!)! Oh, and this post from 2015 where Busby was only two!
