What the Children Wore // Moromini

Moromini

Back in December Busby and H-Bear were lucky enough to be chosen as brand reps for beautiful, vibrant Swedish childrenswear brand Moromini.

Moromini is run by Sofia, who lives in Sweden with her husband and two children. She designs everything herself (with a little help from her five year old daughter) and the designs are then printed accordingly with the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) on the softest organic cotton.

The clothes are all designed with children in mind, using bright colours and bold prints to create the most perfect playwear.

Both children received a parcel of clothes each and I wanted to show you a few of my favourites from the collection.

Busby was sent this beautiful dress in possibly my favourite Moromini print: Circus Valley. Isn’t it gorgeous?

I absolutely love the fold up and down cuffs, which mean that the dress grows with your child. She wears age 104/110 (3.5-5 years) which is a wonderful fit.

It’s definitely a favourite dress for her (and me!).

H-Bear also has a t-shirt in this print. He wears age 92/98 (2-3 years), and again the t-shirt has fold up and down cuffs to make it last longer.

I love the coordinating harem trousers which you can see in the above shot. They look SO comfy!

The wonderful thing about Moromini prints is that they are totally unisex. The quality is also outstanding, and there has been no sign of wash-wear on these garments at all (and they’ve been washed rather a lot!). This will mean that I can stow all of the clothes away once the children have grown out of them for any future bundle that might grace us with their presence in the very far future!

Busby was also sent this gorgeous lynx pattern tee, which I LOVE! I’d seen it online previously and wasn’t really fussed about it, but it’s stunning in real life. The turquoise contrasting with the mustard yellow of the lynx is truly beautiful, and it really makes Busby’s eye colour stand out. I love teaming it with these dungarees from Turtledove London.

Both children adore their Moromini clothes, and I receive so many compliments when they’re wearing them! They are such wonderful quality, wash well, and look stylish and fun.

Moromini are stocked in a number of UK boutiques (including our favourite – KyNa Boutique!), or you can buy directly from the Moromini website. Prices vary depending on where you shop.

Harem trousers are the best! Wish I could rock them on a daily basis like the little ones do! Cute print. #fkf – Amy @ http://thegiftedgabber.com
