Siblings // April 2017

Wow – the weather has been AMAZING so far this April! We’ve been to the beach, had a BBQ and have eaten outside on more than one occasion! Bliss!

These photos were taken during the first weekend of April, when we decided to have Sunday dinner outside for the first time this year at my in-laws house.

The kids had a fun game of ‘Plop Bucket’ to stop H-Bear throwing stones and pebbles into the pond. It’s a game that’s been in Nick’s family for a few generations now – and never fails to entertain the children.

They then decided to explore the garden! H-Bear found it hilarious throwing objects into the water feature… and practising their echoes.

As H-Bear becomes more confident and competent with his words, Busby becomes enthralled with the little boy he’s turning into. She’s realising that she can utilise him as a playmate, ally and also a blame-layer… She loves to show him how to do new things – usually at my despair because they’re (more often than not) a bit too dangerous or advanced for an almost two year old to be partaking in!

They are a cheeky twosome, who love each other dearly and fiercely, and I feel honoured to watch their bond grow month by month.

What cuties. We’ve not seen too much sunshine yet this month so I’m fully envious. We’re crossing our fingers for a sunny day out tomorrow though x

Oh Hannah these are my favorite. I love your candid photo style. I have been trying to capture my two doing things together more than just posing together for our roundups. It’ makes better memory reminders of what we were actually doing together. I love these so full of smiles, happiness, love and laughter in the sun! #siblingsproject
