What H-Bear Wore // Frugi Bucket and Spade List
Gosh, isn’t this weather absolutely divine? We came back from the Lake District on Friday to boiling sun and the temperature hasn’t really dropped since! Our holiday in the Lakes didn’t exactly go to plan after Busby came down with Chicken Pox and H-Bear developed some sort of vomiting bug, which ended up with a trip to hospital… BUT we did have a great time before all of the drama started!
The lovely folk at Frugi sent H-Bear an outfit to wear on our holiday from their gorgeous SS17 range, and asked us to tick a few things off their awesome Bucket and Spade list, which has inspired the collection.
These photos were taken on our walk to Wray Castle, which is a gorgeous National Trust property on Lake Windermere.
H-Bear definitely followed a secret trail or two on the adventure, whilst hanging out with his bestie Busby!
As well as climbing a tree… Well, sort of! It made the perfect snack stop though.
H-Bear was sent a pair of these adorable Durgan bumble bee dungarees (£24), which he absolutely adores! He’s a bit bee mad at the moment (a future bee keeper in the making perhaps?), and points out the buzzy embroidery at least once every hour when he’s wearing them.
The dungarees are made from light weight organic cotton chambray and have poppers in the legs up to age 2-3 years (which is the size H-Bear is wearing). The dungarees are adjustable with the gorgeous yellow buttons, which will make them last even longer!
H-Bear wears the boat Little Fal Applique T-shirt (£16) underneath the dungas, which is made from the softest organic cotton. I love the contrasting red trim on the collar – and he loves the boat applique!
Poppers in the shoulders are always a welcome addition to any toddler t-shirt, so I was very happy to see these!
H is wearing size 18-24 months, which fits well with room to grow.
We can’t wait to tick more adventures and activities off the Frugi Bucket and Spade List in the coming weeks. With H-Bear’s second birthday, an adventure to Southampton, and hopefully another trip to the Lake District on the horizon, I think we’ll definitely be close to completing the list by the end of summer.
You can find H-Bear’s gorgeous outfit on the Frugi website.
