What Busby Wore // Primark AW17

We were sent the outfit that Busby is wearing in this post for an Instagram campaign with Primark. However, I loved the photos I took so much that it felt such a shame to waste the ones I didn’t use! So I thought I’d put together a quick little post here for this week’s What the Children Wore.

Busby was sent a pair of jeans, pink heart jumper (which H-Bear ADORES), shirt, parka and bag from Primark’s autumn/winter range for the campaign.

I am totally in love with the parka (£16), which is fully lined and is SO cosy! It’s going to be ideal for those autumnal school runs. I’m desperate for one in my size too!

Everything Busby is wearing is age 5-6 years and fits well. I always size up in Primark, as find that the clothes have a tendency to shrink a bit in the wash.

I love how this outfit is both grown up, but also has elements of childhood fun to it. From the sequins on the jumper, to the cowgirl-esque shirt; it will be fantastic for after school clubs and weekend adventures.

The bag (£8) has been a huge hit with Busby (and most of my Instagram following!). It’s so 90s, and takes me back to the days of B*Witched and All Saints. I love the velvet effect! It’s big enough for a notebook, pen and even Busby’s cuddly bunny – I can see it coming to the Lake District with us this week.

Overall, the entire outfit, barring the shoes which are her own (hand-me-down Converse, thank you SO much Chelle!), costs less than £50. All of the above garments and accessories are available from Primark’s AW17 collection now.

She looks so cool! I’ve never really shopped in Primark for the kids but it seems like it’s worth a look!
