And so we see a whole year of Siblings! Goodness! I’m writing this very close to tears… what a year! I can’t believe H-Bear will be ONE next week. ONE?!?! I know it’s a cliché but the year has FLOWN! This month has seen H-Bear walking unaided for the first time. There was much clapping and elation when he took his first steps, and then a little voice piped up: “Look Mummy and Daddy! I can walk too!”

The past month has definitely been my favourite month so far with my two bears. We’ve been on our first family holiday with two children (eek!), and experienced the first time on an aeroplane for both, which they handled like pros… Our adventure has given me a bit of a travelling bug, and I’m fairly desperate to go on our next trip – especially if the weather continues to be so rubbish in Yorkshire! Wow! April already?!? The past month has been delightful with our two baby bears! Now that H-Bear is getting more mobile by the day, Busby is taking a real interest in him, and he LOVES having her full attention! He cries when she leaves on Nursery days, and gets so excited when he sees her again. She has started to comfort him by stroking his head when he’s upset. We’re 8 months into the land of Siblings and I feel like things have a regressed a little this month… Once again, Busby hasn’t been H-Bear’s biggest fan, and I think it has something to do with the fact that all he wants to do is pull her beautiful golden locks.
