This month’s Siblings is slightly cobbled together as it’s becoming increasingly more difficult to get a photo of my two bears together now that H-Bear is crawling! He wants to be off everywhere; exploring the world, and eating EVERYTHING he can get his little paws on!
We’re 8 months into the land of Siblings and I feel like things have a regressed a little this month…
Once again, Busby hasn’t been H-Bear’s biggest fan, and I think it has something to do with the fact that all he wants to do is pull her beautiful golden locks. I seem to spend a lot of my time saying “No H-Bear, leave Busby alone!” whenever they’re sat on the bed or floor together. I’m sure this will only get worse when he begins crawling! He seems to be a major source of her annoyance this month.
That being said, she’s grateful he’s part of the family, if only for the use of his toys! There are definite double standards with toys and sharing at the moment – Busby wants to play with all of H-Bear’s toys, but whenever he tries to play with hers, she is reluctant and will immediately want to play with whatever he takes an interest in!
This past month has been full of gorgeous, heart-tugging sibling moments between our two.
I think Busby has finally come to terms with having H-Bear around, and she’s really enjoying his company. H-Bear adores her completely, and is fascinated by everything she says and does.
I apologise, this month’s Siblings is a bit cobbled together. I had great visions involving matching festive outfits, but weeks of sickness, bugs and sleeplessness have taken their toll, so I’m using a few images from over the past month instead.
Busby and Indy have been getting on brilliantly this month; mostly due to the fact that Indy can now sit up unsupported and has therefore become SO much more interesting to his big sister. Indy is relishing this new found attention from ‘The Whirlwind’, and continues to be mesmerised whenever she is near. [Read more…]
There’s been a little more interaction between my two bears this month.
Indy continues to be mesmerised by his big sister and everything she does. His favourite thing seems to be watching her in the bath – Busby is rather odd and enjoys the cold – and having cold water thrown on her (at her request I hasten to add!). Indy has giggling fits whenever this happens, and Busby exclaims “More! More cold!” through her own hysterics. [Read more…]
