What Busby Wore
We were sent the outfit that Busby is wearing in this post for an Instagram campaign with Primark. However, I loved the photos I took so much that it felt such a shame to waste the ones I didn’t use! So I thought I’d put together a quick little post here for this week’s What the Children Wore. Busby was sent a pair of jeans, pink heart jumper (which H-Bear ADORES), shirt, parka and bag from Primark’s autumn/winter range for the campaign.
We love Vertbaudet here at Make, Do & Push! HQ. We’ve featured a few of their gorgeous garments on What the Children Wore previously when H-Bear was teeny, so I was over the moon when they got in touch a couple of weeks ago and offered to send the children some of their fabulous clothes. Vertbaudet has been a favourite with French families for over 40 years now, and they launched in the UK in 1997. Although predominantly selling childrenswear, Vertbaudet also sells maternity wear ...
Busby: “What is Pride, Mummy?” Me: “It’s a big party to celebrate love.” Pier Street (next to Humber Street) in Hull has recently been given a rather rainbow-tastic makeover in celebration of hosting UK Pride this year, so where better to photograph these colourful Rockets and Rainbows t-shirts?!
Tootsa are one of my favourite childrenswear brands. They don’t have a designated girls and boys section on their website (which makes my heart sing with progressive unisex childrenswear happiness). Their clothes are alway so beautiful and boldly designed. And everything is ethically made! A few weeks ago we were very kindly sent a number of clothes for the children, which you’ve no doubt seen ALL over my Instagram feed. In fact, they sent so many clothes that not all of them ...
We Are Scamp have featured on the blog previously when Busby was about H-Bear’s age (*sob*)! So when Jennifer got in touch again, and asked me whether Busby would like one of their new sweaters, I was rather excited! We Are Scamp is a gorgeous business run by Jennifer and Stacey, who are sisters. Both creative mums (with five children between them!), they design, make and sell personalised goodies for all ages – and their sweaters are a new addition in the shop.
