Bravo BritMums!

I was already jolly excited about BritMums Live 2013 in June; I can’t wait to meet some of the lovely mummies I tweet with daily, but now my excitement knows no boundaries as BritMums announced today that the keynote speaker opening the conference is none other than Kirstie Allsopp

I, along with many other women, would claim to be Kirstie’s biggest fan. She reignited my love for crafting and baking, and she comes across as a genuinely caring and lovely person. I may have jumped for joy when I received the BritMums e-newsletter earlier today…

As well as being excited about BritMums Live 2013, I am pretty terrified. It’s the fear of the unknown, the worry that I’ll turn up and all the other bloggers turn out to be 40-year-old balding, weirdo men who kidnap me… So if you’re going, please let me know! Comment below, say “howdy” on Twitter, anything to make a paranoid blogger feel less like she’s about to attend the first day of university again!
