I’ve written about my love for The Grange in Lewes previously, so I won’t hark on about it again now (although if you’re looking for somewhere wonderful to take the children to burn off some energy in Lewes – with toilets – then The Grange is your place); it’s where Busby and I headed to yesterday to eat our lunch and explore.
We had lots of fun walking (and running) around; Busby hugged a few trees, said hello to a couple of hopeful-looking seagulls, and threw a small toddler tantrum when she discovered that The Hatch is now closed for Winter, and therefore there was nowhere to buy a (slightly over-priced) Mini Milk.
Unfortunately, she didn’t burn off quite enough energy to have a nap on the walk home, but c’est la vie… and thank goodness for tea!

I love the Grange in Lewes, my mother in law is walking distance of there and we cut through to go into town. Busby looks like she loves it there too, a lovely safe place to play and it is always so beautifully kept and full of colour all year round. Thank you for sharing on Country Kids
Beautiful photos. Love the setting sun ones x
So cute! Arthur was indulging in some serious tree hugging in Hyde Park last weekend… Loving the look of the blog too by the way – I haven’t been over for a while! 🙂 xx
