Review // Glazed Apple from The Body Shop

I have to admit that I was pretty upset when I heard that The Body Shop wouldn’t be repeating their amazing Christmas Ginger Sparkle range from last year. I was completely obsessed with the gorgeous fragrance, and Father Christmas bought me almost everything that was available in Ginger Sparkle…

However, (almost) all was forgiven when The Body Shop sent me some of the new Christmas Glazed Apple range to try. It is divine.

My favourite item in the range has to be the Glazed Apple Bath Jelly (£10 for 250ml). If you love a serious bath with a lot of bubble then this gorgeous bath product is for you! It also smells delicious and leaves your skin feeling super soft and lightly fragranced. I’ve asked Father Christmas for a couple more pots of this, to keep me stocked up for at least part of 2015!

Next is the Glazed Apple Body Butter (£13 for 200ml), which again smells absolutely scrummy! I’m a huge fan of The Body Shop Body Butters and this one does not disappoint. The apple fragrance is light and sweet, without being overpowering.

If you’re looking for a glitzy Christmas product from The Body Shop then I’d certainly recommend The Sparkler (£15 for 10g) and Glazed Apple Shimmer Lotion (£8 for 250ml). Father Christmas bought me a The Sparkler last year, and I always apply if I’m off out in the evenings on Date Night to add a touch of sparkle! Both items have a light, sweet fragrance and are Christmas Party essentials!

Finally I was sent a bauble of Glazed Apple Bath Sprinkles. This was the only item in the Glazed Apple range that I was disappointed with. I don’t feel that they added much to my bathing experience… but they are packaged wonderfully for Christmas!

All of the above items from the Glazed Apple Christmas range can be found online or in store. Other items in the Glazed Apple range include a body polish, room fragrance and lip gloss.
