Hullo! Welcome to The Week That Was: Captured! Have you had a wonderful week?
The rules for #TWTWC are simple; link up one post about your week (it doesn’t have to be the whole week – it can just be one day, or your weekend)! It can be photographed, Instagrammed, written, videoed… basically in any format you wish! This linky is about capturing memories and I treat it a bit like an online diary. Please only link up relevant posts. Also, if you fancy commenting on other people’s posts that would be super too – everyone loves a comment!
Last week
I couldn’t not give a mention to Chelle this week, as she found out that Bump #3 is another boy!! I’m so excited for her!
Gorgeous photos from the Little Buttons ladies last week – I especially loved Harper’s puddle jumping!
I loved Kelly’s post last week! It sounded like she’d had the most fun two weeks, including beautiful dresses, time for her and a safari!
Our week
I can’t remember what we did on Sunday… I just remember it was an awful day!
We spent some of Monday in the garden and attempted to start potty training Busby! She did well but kept forgetting she wasn’t wearing a nappy…
Tuesday was one of those days where nothing we’d planned to do happened! We wanted to go for a walk into the village but a prolonged morning nap followed by cluster feed prevented us from doing much.
Busby had Nursery on Wednesday morning and Nick made his first carrot cake. His parents came over in the afternoon for tea, cake and to mow our lawn as we still don’t own a lawn mower! Indy pretty much spent the whole day feeding!
I made some headway with my very long list of outstanding work on Thursday. Hurrah! There are some benefits to epic cluster feeding sessions! Indy turned one month!
We headed into Beverley on Friday to pick up some essentials (kitchen sink dunking biscuits from M&S for me – they are amazing! Great breastfeeding fodder!) and we spent the afternoon sorting out some bits in the house… I wanted to sort out Indy’s room, as it’s currently full of boxes, but he woke up about 20 minutes into the task. He did sleep in his crib for those 20 precious minutes though… which is the most he’s ever done!
We went for a wander around the village on Saturday, followed by an afternoon movie session on the sofa watching Enchanted and eating popcorn.

What have you been up to this week?
Hannah
