Review // Easter at EllieEllie
I can’t quite believe Easter is almost upon us! It’s really snuck up, and I’ve got so much I need to do; Easter bonnet making for Busby, Easter Egg Hunt planning, preparing the house for our guests coming to stay over the weekend (my best friend and her Husband are coming up to stay from Sussex, and I’m SO excited!!)… Thankfully the lovely folk at Ellie Ellie were on hand to help with some of our Easter prep, and sent us some gorgeous Easter-related goodies to assist in the celebration.

Busby was sent the most darling personalised rabbit jumper (£23), which I am completely in love with. The apple green shade is amazing – not a colour I would usually choose for either child, but I was drawn to it; it made me think of daffodils and lambs, so absolutely perfect for spring!

The quality of the jumper is wonderful; it’s divinely soft and washes well, which is always required for a Pre-Schooler who loves chocolate cake!

The rabbit motif is beautifully simple, and would be ideal for either gender. It’s also not exclusively ‘Easter’, and will work as a jumper all year round.

I was a little disappointed that the smallest size was Busby’s (3-4 years), as would love to have twinned the children, and I think smaller sizes would be popular with parents in a similar boat to me *cough* Serial Twinners… *cough*! Twinning is winning after all!

She was also sent a pair of rabbit ears in yellow (£5), which are super cute, and will be perfect for our Easter Egg hunt over the weekend (and for future dressing up fun!); she spent most of Sunday wearing them, whilst hopping around in the garden.

I was also sent something for the house. I have a bit of a cushion obsession at the moment, so when I saw this gorgeous rabbit cushion I couldn’t resist.

The cushion measures 45cm x 45cm, so it’s lovely and big for the sofa. It can be purchased with or without a cushion pad (£15 for cover, or £24 with the pad), and comes in two colours – natural (as pictured) or black. The black would be ideal for a monochrome nursery! The cushion can even be personalised if you wish.

I love the adorable rabbit face on the front…

And the added touch of a tail at the back:

It has fitted in perfectly on our family room sofa, and I’m writing this review whilst lounging on it, so it definitely passes the comfort test!

All of the above items are hand-printed in the Ellie Ellie HQ in my homeland of Sussex, and can be purchased from the Ellie Ellie website.

The Ellie Ellie website has a plethora of amazing goodies and gifts, so pop on over this naptime for a peruse! Definitely check out their wonderful Motherhood related items, like my super cool #MumLife jumper, which has become part of my Mama uniform:

I love your jumper! How nice and bright is the green of the jumper I can see why you picked it. I am always twinning my daughter with her cousin as they are of similar age and love it. The same niece also loves to match with her baby sister too they are 11 and almost 3!

That cushion is so cute, love the little tale on the back. Loving the rabbit jumper as well, great that it’s personalised.x #FKF
