Dotty Fish is an online store selling a plethora of baby goodies, from shoes to bibs. It was started in 2006 by Mama of two, Helen Chapman. She wanted to buy her son some reasonably priced moccasin shoes, but couldn’t find any so decided to develop her own!
H-Bear was sent a pair of Dotty Fish shoes (how could I resist?), and a pair of rainbow leg warmers.
The shoes are made from blue leather and have a non-slip suede sole. H-Bear has really been putting them through their paces; crawling in them, cruising in them, and even teething on them! He never seems fussed that he’s wearing them as he does with other pairs of shoes he owns, and I love that the soft leather and suede mould to his feet so don’t hinder their growth.
The elasticated ankle means that they always stay on his feet (unless he really tries to take them off – but it takes a while!) and I never panic that he’s kicked one off whilst out and about.
The shoes have worn a bit, which is understandable considering H-Bear has been wearing them daily to crawl on all surfaces – including our patio (and half of the Menaggio promenade while we were on holiday). The shoes cost £7.99 a pair, which is a fantastic price; I’m already looking to buy a few more pairs!
We were also sent a pair of rainbow leg warmers; they look so cute with a cloth nappy, and mean that H-Bear can be a bit more free around the house! They’re made from soft cotton (with a little bit of lycra for easy movement) and are perfect for mini crawlers.
The leg warmers are only £2.49 per pair!
You can find all of the above items on the Dotty Fish website.
