Busby // An Interview at 5.5 years

Busby turns five and a half today! Only six months to go until my eldest is six, and in that time she will have completed her first year at school, started in Year 1 and will be a even bigger sister to Baby Bun! We have such an exciting (and emotional) six months ahead.

I’ve been publishing 6-monthly interviews for about two years now, so in-keeping with tradition, I’ve asked Busby a few questions:

What is your name? *says short version of first name*

How old are you? Five

Who is/are your best friend(s)? Harry, Evelyn and Jacob.

What is your favourite toy? Polar Bear, Flopsy and my white bunny.

Where is your favourite place to go? I love visiting William’s Den.

What is your favourite thing about having a brother? Um… playing with him. And chasing him. And racing him. I always win.

What is your favourite thing about having Bertie? He licks me and he’s so soft.

What is your favourite colour? Purple.

What is your favourite fruit? Apples.

What is your favourite food? Fish fingers.

What is your favourite smell? Pizza! And croissants baking.

What makes you happy? When somebody strokes my back or tickles me.

What makes you sad? When nobody wants to play with me.

What makes you scared? Blood!

What is your favourite book? Shoe Baby and my Map book.

What is your favourite word to say? ‘Hello!’

What is your favourite television programme? PJ Masks! I’m Owlette!

What is your favourite animal? Unicorns.

What is your favourite thing to go on at the playground? The swings.

What is your favourite sport? Frisbee… and tennis.

What is your favourite song? The fire fighter song from school.

What is your favourite film? Despicable Me 3.

What is your favourite thing about school? Share a skill – I like choosing a book and a game to take home.

What would you like to be when you grow up? I want to be a lollipop lady.

What do you think your favourite thing will be about being 5.5? Going to Wales!

Happy Half-Birthday to my lovely little lady! We’ll be celebrating today with ice cream on the beach in Wales.
