I will always regret not writing a proper pregnancy journal when I was pregnant with Busby. I documented the end of the pregnancy on this blog, and I wrote a few posts about cravings etc, but I really wish I’d written it all down for her, so she could read it in the years to come. So, as you can imagine, I was incredibly happy when my Baby B Pregnancy Journal arrived, and I could start documenting everything about my pregnancy with Peppercorn.
The Baby B Pregnancy Journal is ideal for any Stationery Addict and organisation freak (like me)! There are four sections in all:
1. The main diary, which gives you a page per week to document everything from emotions to cravings to appointments. This starts at 4 weeks, and goes right through until week 40. There are further pages for notes if you’re overdue and want to continue documenting.
2. Planning, which is a space for any questions or queries you might have for the Midwife, as well as two pages for your baby name choices (my favourite page at the moment – sorry there’s no picture – I didn’t want to give the names away!) There’s also copious amounts of room for notes and lists.
3. The Birth Plan, where you can write down your concerns, thoughts and any ideas about how you’d like labour to go (ideally). There’s also a handy hospital list section for you and Baby, as well as a reflection section where you can write about how labour has gone.
4. The final section is for the Early Days. You can document weight, length, who your midwife was, as well as space for photos, and plenty of room for queries for your Health Visitor.
Each section also comes with a handy pocket, so you can keep scan photos, reports or appointment letters safe.
I have found my Baby B Pregnancy Journal invaluable so far on my pregnancy journey – it’s been a lifesaver during Midwife appointments where I’ve been too tired to remember my name, and it’s so lovely to be able to sit down quietly with the journal, and reflect on the wonderful adventure that is pregnancy. I can’t wait until I can give it to Peppercorn when he/she is older, so they can read all about their time growing in my belly!
The Baby B Pregnancy Journal costs £10.99 and can be found on the Busy B website.

It’s such a cute little journal. I was the same, didn’t really record anything of my pregnancy with Luca or take many bump pictures. That I massively regret so when we decide to have another I’ll be doing both those, or at least the pictures. X
Aw this looks lovely 🙂 xx
Such a cute looking journal. I am a bit obsessed with gorgeous stationery and I wish I’d known about if for both Harry and Teddy! Will remember it as a good “You’re Pregnant!” gift. Georgie
