My Positive Birth Series

I really struggled with impending birth anxiety during my second pregnancy, until I started reading up on Positive Birthing and attended a fantastic Hypnobirthing course (if you’re in Yorkshire I would really recommend the fantastic Sandra Stones of East Yorkshire Hypnobirthing). This change of mindset helped me achieve the most perfect, relaxed and wonderful birth – which you can read about here.
