Cosatto // The Festival of Pattern #CosattoAW16

10th June 2016

H-Bear and I headed to Cosatto HQ yesterday in the sweltering heat (why did I think tights would be a good idea?!) to check out their fabulous new range for autumn/winter ’16.

Regular readers will know how much I love Cosatto as a brand; their patterns are always on-trend, funky and awesome, their baby products are fantastic quality, safe and bright, and they’re just cool. Even before I became a Mama, I would ogle Cosatto pushchairs down the street. They’re not for everyone, but they are (most definitely) for me.

Obviously I couldn’t wait to see the new range: I had caught glimpses on social media, and even started a debate on my Facebook page as to whether a boy could be seen the new unicorn print (the answer is a firm yes from me), but seeing the AW16 range in the flesh fabric was wonderful. And I must admit, I did a fair amount of stroking…

My favourite new prints include the unicorns (obvs), the rockets, and the vintage-Cath-Kidston-esque cars; I am currently trying to convince Nick that we should buy H-Bear the car seat in this print, as it’s perfection.

I am also very much in love with the new Fly 2-in-1 travel system, especially in the Fox Tale print (it also comes in Pixelate and Poppy). It has a one-handed fold, which looks great, and the basket is HUGE! It can be used as a travel system with the Port 0+ carseat. Michaela from Adventures of a Yorkshire Mum had hers with her, and there’s so much seat space for her little one; I think Busby could probably also fit in it.

Excuse the funny face! It was a bit too warm for the cosytoes…

I was over the moon to be able to TOUCH the Wonder pram! Goodness, it is glorious! The Hepburn is definitely my favourite; everything about it screams style… and the changing bag that comes with it is beautiful. I loved the traditional pram feel of it - how utterly fabulous would you feel walking down the street pushing it??

H-Bear and I both loved the looked of the Noodle highchair in the new egg print - he loved the tray, and would happily have eaten his lunch in there if I’d let him. The hole for a drink cup is a great idea!

We were also shown the new and improved Ooba design - with bigger basket, and in new prints! It now comes in Proper Poppy and Fox Tale, and looks fab. The changing bag that comes with the Ooba is rather divine too.

Pop on over to the Cosatto website to find out more about the beautiful new AW16 range - and keep your eyes peeled for the wonderful new prints! Which is your favourite?
