What the Children Wore // Bobux SS17 range

Bobux shoes are a firm favourite in our household – we’ve previously featured them here and here (with a teeny H-Bear in the latter!). Their ranges are always amazing quality, and I never fail to be impressed by their on-trend, playful designs.

I’m very pleased to announce that they’ve extended their sizes and have just launched their Kid+ collection, which goes up to 7-8 years (the range starts at a UK9 and goes up to a UK1). So, it looks like we’ll be wearing Bobux shoes for a good few years ahead!

Busby and H-Bear were each sent a pair from the gorgeous SS17 collection.

Busby was sent a pair of Aktiv shoes in the black brush print.

Now, I’m not usually a fan of dressing either of us in anything pink, but this season pink has been creeping into both of our wardrobes (rose gold trend, ahoy!), and these shoes are a very subtle pink, more of a blush.

The shoes are so lightweight, and absolutely ideal for spring! The leather upper is super soft, and the brush-stroke design appeals to Busby’s creative side.

When I was reading up on these shoes, I discovered that the toe cap is made from a superfabric micro armour, which helps prevent scuffing on the high-wear toe area! This makes the shoes much more durable for little explorers.

I love the velcro fastening, as it means they’re perfect for Busby to wear to preschool where they’re encouraged to be independent in the cloakroom.

The Aktiv Street Shoes start at £45, and come in four different shades, which are all unisex.

H-Bear was sent a pair of Racer shoes in yellow… and how divine are they?!

I (obviously) LOVE the yellow shade, and they look so comfortable to wear. The leather upper is very soft.

The velcro fastening on the shoes makes them easy for H-Bear to get off, which he really enjoys doing himself when we get home (and in the car…and pushchair!).

The shoes go with his entire wardrobe, and I know they’re going to look adorable with a pair of shorts when the weather gets a bit warmer!

H-Bear’s Racer ‘Chartruese’ shoes start at £45, and come in four different shades.

Both pairs of shoes can be found on the Bobux website now.

Uggh! I just hate scuffs on the fronts of shoes! These look wonderful. I love their mismatch of pieces…perfection! #alivelystyle - Amy

I love the boys pair, I always struggled to find lovely shoes for my boys when they were smaller. When E grows a bit more and starts toddling I think Bobux will be a great place to start looking for funky shoes!

I do really like these. I don’t like putting my trio in the same shoes as everyone else! Plus it is hard to get boys shoes to be different from each other as there isn’t much choice for the twins
