October… I’d forgotten how quickly life goes once they’re back at school. The weeks are really flying by and I desperately need to start my Christmas shopping.
We had family visiting from Australia at the beginning of the month, which was really lovely. The kids were all over the moon to see their uncles – and Tabby very much enjoyed the cuddles!
This month’s photos were taken at The Balloon Tree, as they have been every October for the past four years. We love The Balloon Tree – the playground is ace, the farm shop is very reasonable and the cakes are incredible.

Busby
Not too much to report this month. She’s very tired from school (Year 2 is A LOT) but she’s still enjoying being there.
H-Bear
H-Bear had his first parents evening this month and I may have cried with pride when I got home. He’s now doing extension Maths one session a week and is absolutely loving it!
He’s also started French Club with Busby, which he really enjoys.
Tabby

This was her first time pumpkin picking (she was in my tummy last year!) and she had such a great time! She got very very muddy and loved watching everyone else choosing their pumpkins.
Half term is swiftly approaching and we have lots of lovely things planned. I’m looking forward to spending some time with all three monkeys – it’s very quiet in the house without the bigger two during the week!
